Ekhlas Sonu
Doctoral, alumni

Ekhlas was doctoral student who performed his research in the THINC lab. Ekhlas investigated effective approximate solution techniques for decision making problems in multiagent settings, as formalized by the interactive POMDP framework. These techniques trade off optimality of the solution for efficiency. He also refined GaTAC, which will serve as a scalable and realistic evaluation testbed for the approximations. Ekhlas joined the University of Texas at Austin as a postdoctoral associate.
